I.           INTRODUCTION



The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter GTC) establish the relationship between www.privatepilotexams.com and the user, the latter may be an unregistered user, registered user or registered user with an active subscription to our digital services.

The user is required to read and accept the GTC, which will be displayed on the website at all times and at least during the registration process, before being able to use any subscription service offered by www.privatepilotexams.com.
The GTC apply to everything related to www.privatepilotexams.com as well as the services or digital goods offered.

IV.            COMMITMENT OF WWW.PRIVATEPILOTEXAMS.COM



www.privatepilotexams.com commits to:


i.            Offer invoices in digital format that will always be available for consultation or download in the Subscriptions section of the website.


ii.           Display the GTC at all times on the website, in both English and Spanish, for any user who wishes.


iii.            Allow access to the digital content stored on its servers instantly, or in the worst case scenario within a period of no more than 3 days after receiving confirmation of payment.

i.            Ensure the safety of the user against possible viruses, malware or malicious files from third-party websites linked by www.privatepilotexams.com. The establishment of the hyperlink does not imply the existence of relations between www.privatepilotexams.com and the owner of another website. Certain third-party links are provided in the explanations of the questions or in the news section, about which www.privatepilotexams.com has no control whatsoever and therefore is not responsible for the veracity, content or security of such links. The responsibility for any moral, hardware or software damage arising therefrom rests with the user who chose to access those websites.

The user agrees to:


i.            Maintain the privacy of their personal data at all times and not share or publish their e-mail, username or password with third parties.


ii.            Provide true and accurate information about themselves during the registration phase and subsequently during the use of the website.


iii.            Keep their profile updated by informing www.privatepilotexams.com through the available contact form of any changes in their personal data, as soon as possible.


iv.            Communicate as soon as possible the theft, loss, modification or illicit use of personal information including, but not limited to: username, password, tax residence, etc. in order to proceed with securing or deleting the account.


v.            Take responsibility for any expenses, prejudice or damage caused as a result of providing false information about themselves.





VI.            COPYRIGHT AND DATA BREACH



i.            www.privatepilotexams.com owns all the intellectual property rights of the website including, but not limited to: source code, domain, web structure, etc. Such intellectual properties are legally protected.


ii.            www.privatepilotexams.com owns all intellectual property rights related to the content hosted on the website including, but not limited to: text, images, audio, video, software, databases, trademarks, logos, etc. Such intellectual properties are legally protected.


iii.            Based on points i. and ii. above, the replication, distribution or copying of such intellectual properties outside of www.privatepilotexams.com, for any purpose whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of www.privatepilotexams.com.


iv.            The user agrees to use the services and digital goods offered only and exclusively in www.privatepilotexams.com


v.            In the event that www.privatepilotexams.com detects any leakage on different platforms, forums or social networks, it will pursue legal action against the legal entity, individual or organization responsible for the leakage, providing as evidence the copyrights registered in the EU, USA or any other member country of the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.





VII.            REFUND



i.            In the unfortunate event that www.privatepilotexams.com cannot offer access to its digital product within the time period set out in section IV, subparagraph iii, the user may request a refund by filling out the contact form on the website or writing an e-mail to support@privatepilotexams.com describing the problem, which will be addressed as soon as possible.


ii.            After accepting these GTC and once the digital content has been accessed, the user waives their right of withdrawal after 3 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights for digital content and applicable national legislation.


iii.            In the unfortunate event of a temporary stoppage in which www.privatepilotexams.com is unable to offer access to its digital product on a continuous basis, the user may request an extension of the services by filling out the contact form on the website or e-mailing support@privatepilotexams.com describing the problem, which will be addressed as soon as possible.





VIII.            TERMINATION OF SERVICES



i.            www.privatepilotexams.com has the right to terminate access to the services and digital goods without prior notice in the event that activity against the GTC is detected.


ii.            www.privatepilotexams.com has the right to terminate access to the services and digital goods without prior notice in the event that suspicious activity is detected. The following will be considered suspicious activities:


o Continuous and simultaneous use of the account from two different devices.

o Continuous and simultaneous use of the account from two different IPs.

o Simultaneous use of the account from two totally different geographical IPs.


iii.            The user has the right to request the cancellation of their account at any time, whether during or after the subscription period, as well as the complete deletion of their personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
